If you provide your phone number through a form or tool on DentaFund and check the consent box, you agree that DentaFund (operated by Cosmic Phoenix LLC) may contact you at that number by call or text message about your inquiry, your use of our tools, and related dental-financing information. Consent is not a condition of using our site or of any purchase. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply and are set by your carrier; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your controls: reply STOP to any message to end texts immediately (one final confirmation message may follow); reply HELP for help, or email hello@dentafund.com. You can revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means, and we honor revocations promptly.

We do not sell or rent phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties for their marketing. If you request to be connected with a financing partner, that partner may contact you under its own terms and consent — which the partner is responsible for obtaining and honoring.
